Training with Zombie Killers

I was invited complete the Chicago Spartan Sprint in 2017. My group is a badass set of individuals that regularly venture into the woods for post apocalyptic, zombie killing fun.
I am currently adding the Daily Spartan Workouts to my exercise routine. I will be following the Spartan Elements Training Plan. This page is to record how much I actually do before I race.

“Month Two” – September 2016
I am doing Month Two a second time since Marathon Training prevented me from finishing it in August. No August Update.

09/01/16-09/07/16: Completed
Jog 3+ miles on two days, plus 40+min jogging on one day.
Accumulate 60 Push Ups, 300 Lunges, 3 total minutes of deadhang and carry something heavy up 9 flights of stairs.

09/08/16-09/14/16: In Progress
Jog 4+ miles on one day, plus 40+min jogging on two days.
Accumulate 90 Push Ups, 400 Lunges, 6 total minutes of deadhang and carry something heavy up 12 flights of stairs.

09/15/16-09/21/16:
Jog 4+ miles on two days, plus 40+min jogging on one day.
Accumulate 120 Push Ups, 500 Lunges, 3 total minutes of active hang OR 20 pull ups, and carry something heavy up 24 flights of stairs.

09/22/16-09/28/16:
Jog 5+ miles on one day, plus 40+min jogging on two days.
Accumulate 150 Push Ups, 600 Lunges, 6 total minutes of active hang OR 30 pull ups, and carry something heavy up 24 flights of stairs.

09/29/16-09/30/16:
Rest until Month 3 Starts.
