This is an Ordinary fitness blog.
I moved to Chicago in the middle of 2014 with a new job and a new attitude, but it took until the winter broke to really get into running, and fitness in general. I started picking up trial passes at different gyms around the city until my friend sent me a link to Classpass. Once winter came back to the city, I had a new focus; everything. I tried out a dozen different sports and class types and found I really enjoyed boxing and weightlifting.
Now Spring is back and I returned to my true love, Running. I still visit Fit Results and Body Shot Boxing Club, my two favorite gyms from my Classpass experience, for cross training, but I’m mostly self directed in what to train.
